Eric began his career in 1983 at age 12, cutting grass for neighbors before working various jobs on military bases where his father was stationed. In 1989, he earned his chauffeur’s license, hauled grain for local farmers, and obtained every CDL endorsement available, allowing him to haul all commodities across the lower 48 states. In 1992, he founded E&R Transport with his grandfather, launching a lifelong career as an independent owner-operator and advocate for small businesses, with memberships in OOIDA and NOOA. Experienced with hotshot, box trucks, oversize freight, and agricultural and construction machinery, Eric brings decades of hands-on expertise, a commitment to transparency, and deep compliance knowledge, ensuring Signal 20 Transport LLC delivers smooth, reliable operations from shipper to receiver.
